This policy explains how the Coucou website (“we”) processes user data submitted via forms.

1. Controller

No legal entity is registered yet. Contact address: 24 Vagharsh Vagharshyan St, Yerevan 0012, Armenia. For data requests use the email or messengers listed on the Contacts page.

2. Data we collect

• name;
• phone and/or email;
• message text and booking details (service, date, city, guests, comments).

We only receive data you submit yourself.

3. Purpose

• to reply to your request and plan the event;
• to contact you by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or email;
• to improve our service (aggregated stats; we do not sell your data).

4. Sharing

Requests may be forwarded to an admin Telegram chat and/or work email. Hosting and analytics providers (if enabled) process visit data under their own policies.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data as long as needed to respond and deliver the service, or until you ask for deletion where applicable.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion via our contact channels. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
